Staff training at CORNERSMITH

Pickling, preserving at cornersmith on our cafe and restaurantvstaff training

For our staff training night we decided to head over to the good people at Cornersmith for some good ol fashioned picklin’ n preservn’!

We learned the art of pickling & preserving, and worked with the current seasonal produce. This way we can savour our favourite produce all year round. The course included bottling, sterilizing and storing our products. We now have our very own jars of seasonal chutney & pickles!
